    [Part I]

Gillan 1220's personal version of events so far: "I started getting interested in politics or world events since 2012 but it was in 2013 where I started reading or watching the news. Prior to entering college during my last days of high school the previous year, I was watching the news of the Korean Peninsula Crisis and the Boston Marathon bombings and manhunt. Then when I entered college, big headlines around the country and the world were made. First, it was the Pork Barrel Scam and the Ghouta Chemical attacks in Syria in August 2013. I remember anxiously watching if the US, UK, France, and their Arab Allies would intervene against the Syrian Arab Republic, which the Russian Federation eventually called bluff. Then, on September, the Zamboanga City siege occurred which lasted for roughly three weeks. A month later, on October 15th, 2013, a 7.2 magnitude earthquake struck the island of Bohol. I was in Bohol that morning and I remember correctly where I was in the Bohol Tropics Resort in Tagbilaran City. Three weeks later, on November 8th, 2013, Typhoon Haiyan (Local: Yolanda) hit the provinces of Samar, Leyte, northern Cebu (plus the Camotes Islands), Panay, Mindoro, and Palawan. Tacloban City was affected badly as I saw on the news. I would never forget the heartbreaking photos seeing destroyed houses, dead bodies on the streets, the long lines into relief centers, foreign militaries coming to the aid, and more. I remember Obama promising help to arrive as soon as possible. The first help came in the form of US Marines based on Okinawa. Second semester of SY 2013-14 began and I remember seeing several C-130s and C-17s fly over Cebu as more relief came pouring into the country. The presence of the USS George Washington and China's PLA-N hospital ship known as the Peace Ark were most memorable of them all. It came to a heartbreak when we knew "Fast and the Furious" actor Paul Walker met a fatal accident as he did a charity run for the victims of Haiyan, which was followed by the death of Nelson Mandela (the former South African President) a few days later."

    [Part II]

"When 2014 came, I remember watching the Euromaidan protests in Ukraine erupt into their President running away from the country followed by the Crimean Crisis in which "little green men" seized Ukrainian military bases. For the first time, we millenials got a glimpse of a "second Cold War" brewing up in Europe. A month later, Malaysia Airlines MH370 would disappear enroute from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to Beijing, China. The disappearance of a plane in modern times baffled the world as it was merely impossible to happen. My friends and I followed the news of the plane for roughly two months now....to no luck. Then came our finals before our Summer 2014 officially began on March 27th, 2014. Two days later, the Philippine government successfully resupplied our Philippine Marine Outpost located within the rusty LST BRP Sierra Madre at the Second Thomas Shoal at the middle of the Spratly Islands where China Coast Guard vessels lurked. It was a beholden sight seeing a smaller boat getting challenged by a bigger boat. I would spend the next few weeks going to the beach and celebrating the Holy Week with my relatives......"

    [Part III]

"Monday, April 28th, 2014 was a historic day in the Philippines because it marked the first time in 11 years since a US President visited the country. That was back then with George W. Bush in October 2003. I was still seven that time and didn't really care about politics or world affairs. Now I am 17 turning 18 this September 4th. During that time, I was currently 1 month into the summer after my freshman year in college which was an eventful school year of headlines. At that time, my family and I just came back from Bohol (we revisited the province six months after the earthquake). The city of Lapu-Lapu just celebrated the festivities of the Battle of Mactan while a schoolmate of mine from high school named Vanessa was joining Miss Teen Earth Philippines. She was currently in NAIA the same time Air Force One landed. I remember jokingly asked her if she saw it but unfortunately she didn't. It was a very hot summer afternoon and I was glued to the TV watching the State Visit of Obama as the Presidential limousine entered the Malacanang Palace. I was taking pictures of the TV on my iPad and also tweeting at the same time when the unexpected happened. Obama had been shot. I remember that moment all social media went wild. All my friends and most of my followers posted about it. We prayed for his safety but the bad news hit us that night that Obama had died. I was shocked. The entire nation was shocked. The world was shocked. Vice President Joe Biden was then sworn in as the 48th President of the United States.

The next two days were awash with repeated broadcast of the Obama assassination. On April 30th, I visited my old high school on their last-day-of-school and everyone was talking about it. Instead of festive mood, most of the talk was about Obama. I visited the outgoing batch of 2014 since their graduation was the following day (May 1st) and all of them were still shaken by the news. I couldn't blame them. So was I. That night, I attended my neighbor's 15th birthday party and while we did talk about the upcoming movies for the year and other stuff while also playing GTA V on the Xbox 360, the topic would inadvertenly switch to the infamous incident.

A week later, on May 9th, 2014, my family and I went to the United States to visit our relatives in Michigan. The political atmosphere was really tense. Upon arrival in Detroit Metropolitan Airport, most Asians and POCs were subject to intense questioning by the CBP officials. My family and I were the last ones in that line unfortunately so the immigration official also subjected us to a search before we were cleared and given entry to America. Of course I was happy to have entered the USA but the atmosphere was just so different. A President was assassinated a week before and now there was a new President in the White House. During dinner that night with my relatives and cousins, the Obama assassination was brought up once again just like it was throughout the trip. From May 9th-28th, my relatives and I visited various states including by driving through the states of Ohio, Kentucky, Arkansas, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida before flying to New York then back to Michigan. We returned back to the Philippines on the 28th. Life went on as usual. The vacation ended, my friend Vanessa won Miss Teen Earth Philippines for this year (I was supporting her 12 HRS prior when I was still in Detroit Metropolitan Airport and then I traveled to Tokyo for the connecting flight back to Cebu when the pageant began. I would know she won when I arrived back in Cebu around 11:00 PM and I was just so tired from the trip), where upon arrival at the airport, we got the awful news: US Secretary of State John Kerry was killed in a violent plane crash in Brazil and many people watching the news on television were shocked: "Who could it be?" asked a Korean-Filipino woman. One American said, "It has to be terrorists. First they killed Obama and now they killed Kerry!" We had no idea what was happening, but my summer had turned into a total nightmare. Then I realized summer was about to end and the second year in college was going to begin in less than two weeks. As I said, life went on a month later after the assassination. My brother and I bought a PS4 on the 31st along with Ubisoft's new game known as Watch_Dogs. Currently, I am just making the most of my remaining days of my summer. It began as fun but mid-way the shocking event happened that would forever change my perception of the world and this decade. I can never forget seeing an American President being shot on live TV. For my generation, it served as our JFK moment. I will forever carry this on throughout my lifetime."

Backstory on PNP Patrolwoman Vicky De Leon
    Saturday, May 31st, 2014
    Quezon City, Philippines.

PNP Patrolwoman Vicky De Leon had been in law enforcement for several years following graduation from the Philippine Naval Academy (serving in the Philippine Marine Corps including doing reserve duty in the Marine Corps Reserves where she rose to the rank of Captain). She had been working in Philippine National Police's Civil Service Group. At the age of 36, she was excited at this opportunity & learning from her family (majority of whom served in law enforcement & retired military veterans) on doing public service for the betterment of the Filipino people. Upon learning about the horrific events of April 28th, 2014, Vicky decided to put her Columbo-esque investigating techniques to good use by asking specific questions to several witnesses, who were attending the Welcoming Honors Ceremony at Malacanang Palace; upon learning from an elderly woman, who had the Miss Archie Bunker outfit, who informed Vicky that she noticed some shining lights blinding her & several other well-wishers that day, Vicky replied "Thank you very much for giving me this specific detail Mrs. Valdez, this information will be critical going forward in this major investigation, I will check this out & do some digging into this right now."

Getting into her vehicle, Vicky drove to the outskirts of Quezon City & noticed an intriguing building that was secluded from the hectic workings of daily life in Quezon City; it was located in the suburbs, so she decided to check it out herself. After driving toward the inside parking garage & then locking her vehicle, she took out her badge to one of the security guards, explaining she needed to speak with some folks in her investigation she was working in, the security guard let her in. He was the last person to see Vicky walk inside the penthouse apartment complex....

Inside the 5th floor, Aliyah (disguised as a Victoria's Secret Model with the alias "Paloma Salvador") was waiting inside her private penthouse apartment, waiting for the unsuspecting police detective to arrive & little did Vicky realize of the unsuspecting danger awaiting her because things weren't going to end well for her. Aliyah had two long, large brown suitcases & special secretive kit for use as well as a flight plan toward an unknown destination.....

    Vicky's final moments....
    2:23 PM PHST, Saturday, May 31st, 2014
    Quezon City, Philippines

While Vicky was investigating other aspects of the penthouse & the last words she said were, "Miss Salvador. I've noticed here that you've got some special long suitcase bags, where are you trying to go ? Some secret vacation or something ?"

Before Vicky had a chance to get up from the chair, Aliyah aggressively used karate-chop techniques knocking Vicky out & leaving her unconscious. Satisfied with the sneak attack, Aliyah smirked "That's what you get for nosing around you damned uppity detective. Now, I need to get out of here, but first things first, I am taking you with me. Heading toward an undisclosed location where nobody knows where we are & it'll be just me & you."

Placing an unconscious Vicky in a large bedsheet racket by rolling it out of the penthouse & into a large black van. Aliyah also grabbed the suitcase bags including her special secretive object kits; then drove all the way to a private aerial landing space at the Corpuz family ranch before getting her cousin, Delilah Melendez to place the unconscious Vicky into the backseat of the private jet (Aliyah is an excellent pilot) & once that was finished, Aliyah strictly demanded Delilah to keep her mouth shut, Delilah obliged to avoid her cousin's violent wrath. Aliyah then flew all the way to the undisclosed location in Burgos in the province of Ilocos Norte....

Delilah watched as Aliyah flew the private jet & wondered, "I hope nothing happens to Patrolwoman De Leon."

    Jessica's Secret Diary
    10:00 PM PHST, Saturday, May 31st, 2014
    Somewhere in Burgos....
[******The following will be grisly, erotic & graphic. Viewer discretion advised]

Jessica Munoz had been held prisoner inside of Aliyah's secretive underground dungeon for the past three years, where she was beaten, tortured, whipped like a dog including being strunged-up & viciously whipped again as well as being raped by one of Aliyah's comrades of the Secret Task Force, where Jessica was forced to give up information for the State Visit of then-US President Barack Obama, which the Secret Task Force used to successfully execute the violent operation & led to Obama's assassination on April 28th, 2014.

It had been forever since she had seen the outside world & Jessica tried to escape before being beaten by Aliyah. "Why am I being held prisoner here ? What did I do to make these monsters angry ?" Jessica said to herself while writing on the 16th chapter of a long diary she had been writing since the Summer of 2011. She wondered about the safety of her family particularly her grandparents, whom Aliyah threatened to kill if Jessica tried to escape.

Fast forward to the evening of May 31st & Jessica was inside her cell of the heavily secluded underground dungeon of Aliyah's private retreat. She had written another month since she was held prisoner & tried to sleep, but couldn't due to the disturbing noises, electric voltage being used, etc., "I can't get any sleep, let me try to sneak a peak of what's going on over there" Jessica thought before sneaking out of her cell...

The time was 10:00 PM PHST & Jessica heard squishing noises that was not normal "almost there to see what's going on" as she got closer & managed to sneak into a hidden room, what she witnessed before her very eyes scared the shit out of her. Jessica watched in horror as Aliyah thoroughly removed the entire skin of a deceased, naked Vicky from head to toe before throwing it outside. "Oh my God. This monster is taking off flesh off of Vicky. Why is this monster (in reference to Aliyah) doing this ? Am I the next to suffer the same fate ?" The horrific odor & awful aroma was too much for Jessica, who managed to avoid being seen by Aliyah & made it to the restroom, where Jessica vomited badly multiple times on what she just saw. After flushing the toilet, she snuck back into her cell.

Curious as to what noises was going on outside, Aliyah (who was naked & barefoot) got out of the secret torture room, wondering if anyone was trying to escape before heading back inside, where she placed Vicky's skinless naked body into a hidden underground freezer. Then after leaving, she happily looked at the mirror, "All of this gooing blood & organs all over me, I need to get cleaned up" Aliyah smiled as she took a long hot shower in the large shower-room. Finished, she got out of the shower naked & barefoot & walked upstairs, locking the dungeon & went to bed.

Inside her underground dungeon cell, Jessica said a quiet prayer for Vicky (they were first cousins including being colleagues in law enforcement & served in the Marine Corps Reserves together), pledging "when I get out of this hellhole, I promise to bring this monster & her cohorts to face justice with the fullest extent of the law". For Jessica's plan to work, she would have to find a way to avoid the maximum security detectors & quietly strategically wait for the right time to escape.

The De Leon family brings Vicky home
    3:29 AM PHST, Monday, June 9th, 2014
    Alabat Airport
    Perez, Quezon City, Philippines

    23244325_10155884342703103_5152554095684845983_n.jpg

The coffin of PNP Detective Vicky De Leon arrives at the Alabat Airport in Perez.
Not too long after Aliyah disposed of Vicky's body in the late HRS of June 3rd; the naked, skinless body of PNP Detective Vicky De Leon was discovered on Saturday, June 7th by a group of teenage girls who were vacationing at one of the islands in Burgos; law enforcement was notified, who arrived on the scene & notified the De Leon family on the discovery.

On Saturday evening, June 7th: an autopsy was perfomed inside the Romudalez Medical Center in the suburbs of Ilocos Norte by Dr. Florence Sta. Maria, who described the gruesome details of Vicky's death, while taking on an audio recorder (being assisted by two female medical assistants): "It appears that judging by the skin removal, Vicky was already dead when it happened. Now based on the incision, I am assuming a long, sharp shining knife cut a long line on the backside, then the skin was slowly peeled off of the entire body causing some of the organs to come out; the brain, heart, liver, kidneys, esophagus, larynx, thyroid, stomach, intestines, ovaries were taken out (Florence examined up close). Looking at the breasts, nothing appears to be damaged as they're intact and the vagina was stretched extremely wide, as whoever killed Vicky removed areas such as the hymen. Turning the body over carefully, I am looking at the entire backside, buttocks as well as between her legs and nothing appears to be wrong although the fingernails and toenails were removed. Her teeth looks like it was brushed as it's obviously shining pearly white and her eyes are hazel brown.

I am opening Vicky's mouth, everything's still in place; another look is her feet: it appears nothing is wrong either and the cause of death is strangulation when she was unconscious after being knocked out with some kind of karate attack. I also think the time of death appears to have occurred sometime later in the late evening of May 31st and going to assume Vicky's death occurred between 8:00 PM PHST and 10:00 PM PHST." Following the long autopsy, which lasted 5 HRS, Dr. Sta. Maria along with her 2 female medical assistants who assisted in the autopsy, carefully placed Vicky's body into a cold white bag-sheet & sliding it into a cold morgue chamber. Several members of the De Leon family arrived in the suburbs of Ilocos Norte in making preparations to returning their loved one's body back to Quezon City.

Fast forward to June 9th, where it was an early Monday morning at the Alabat Airport in Perez as a private plane carrying the remains of PNP Detective Vicky De Leon arrived on the tarmac. Inside the plane at the very back: there was a white makeshift coffin holding Vicky's remains draped with the Philippine flag while members of her family got out of the private plane first to observe as a PNP Honor Guard carried the makeshift coffin out of the plane, placing it to an awaiting hearse, which would take the body to Saint Peter Chapels Funeral Home in Quezon City.

Beatrice Gutierrez, one of the co-directors of the Saint Peter Chapels Funeral Home including 3 of her daughters: Isabel, Lorin & Deborah (early to mid-20s) tasked with preparing Vicky's body, slowly opened the white makeshift coffin: they helped place Vicky's body on the steel slab, before Beatrice unzipped the black body bag: revealed the naked skinless body of Vicky: "Having served in the Philippine Naval Reserves for several years, I thought I had seen some graphic stuff, but this tops it all."

In the meantime, Gustavo Gutierrez (who served in the Philippine Army Reserves for 13 years), one of the co-directors of SPCF, was downstairs advising the De Leon family on funeral plans, the program to include obituary, order of service, family tributes, etc., while that was going on, Beatrice & her oldest daughter, Lorin placed a long white sheet covering Vicky's body before placing it into the deep freezing cooler, locking it shut for the duration as arrangements were being worked on.
