It turns out hijacking is now LEGAL in Merry England!

Isle of Wight oil tanker 'hijacking' case dropped against seven men

The men were detained when special forces stormed the Nave Andromeda off the Isle of Wight.

Actually apparently it was argued the tanker was never in danger or somesuch. Either way the charges were dropped. The individuals remain detained due to immigration regulations.
