Edit: Personally I think Fallout meets the bare minimum every adaptation has failed but it has room for improvement

I agree that television shows should be better in quality, but Breaking Bad is exceptional for a reason.
I think Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul are one of the best shows out there, but I don't even think Vincent could have made a Fallout storyline that'd have made everyone happy tbh.

We have the same idiots who ruined West World which I will grant the first season of that show was amazing but everything else was a dumpster fire.
I despised Breaking Bad, bit that was because of the characters and plot.

I mean, 5/10 is meant to be an "Average" show. I know we've gotten used to skewed ratings where 7/10 means it's barely passable and anything lower is trash, but 5/10 generally was considered "passable" when you use the full 10 point scale...

Nah Westworld in particular was exceptionally bad to the point that the dipshits in charge haphazardly rewrote an entire season because some rando on a forum happened to guess their plot.

Yes I have, I've seen the whole thing, but that is beside the point.
Thats why my review is a 4/10, I cannot say it meets my expectations of 'average show'. But it's close.

I gave it a 5/10 its not the worse thing I have ever seen but I did find it kind of boring. The ghoul is the only character that is sort of interesting, The rest just sort of exist to take up screen time. Also the series had some cringe woke shit in it too and did the classic "capitalism bad" shit but that's in everything nowadays.
Yeah I am tired of megacorporations telling us 'capitalism bad!'.

Yeah, but at this point that's to be expected in pretty much everything, to at least a small degree; that's just the cultural zeitgeist we live in right now. Not that that's acceptable, but it is somewhat understandable; I expect a majority of our media are going to be seen in the future in the same light, that stuff like John Wayne's portrayal of Ghengis Khan is seen in today.
I think the commonplace-ness of woke shit in media should make criticism more harsh, rather than less.
Because now at this point we know it's done for ulterior motives and to piss us off. If they WANT us to be upset, why shouldn't we give them what they want and more?

I honestly liked it. One of the better shows I have seen in my life.
I also don't think it points to capitalism being bad.

And Vault Tech may have wanted the nukes ti he dropped, but they sure as hell didn't drop them.
Given Coopers wife would most definitely called her husband and said "Hey, get home and bring your daughter, we are going in the vault" we'll before the nukes dropped.
But that didn't happen.
They managed to get into the vault in time yes, but that was due to being lucky not planned the day would happen that early.
