All Finnish presidents have been inaugurated in the Parliament Building since its completion in 1931.
President Stubb being an avowed internationalist who is pro-EU and pro-NATO right-wing liberal believer in international rules based world order is a good man to act as our President in upcoming trying times where unsavory players like Russia seek to undermine international cooperation and rules based order. And his past experience as a EU Member of Parliament, European affairs minister, foreign minister, prime minister, party leader and vast international contacts in Euro-Atlantic circles will be of massive help to him as President who is commander in chief and leads the foreign and security policy in cooperation with government.
