Better right whales then Orcas
There has never been a recorded instance of wild* Orcas attacking people. They're too busy terrorizing tasty things like Great White Sharks to harass the bizarre skinny seals who sometimes say "hi" near oddly shaped and weird sounding iceburgs. Besides, from their POV, some of those iceburgs have an uncanny ability to be headed straight towards where a lunch buffet is located.

* Captive Orcas, OTOH, sometimes do.

I had an encounter with an Orca when I was a little boy, out on a fishing row boat about sixteen feet long, in the Puget Sound. The dog started yapping and jumping and barking like crazy to where I was worried he would upset the boat, and then a head came of the water and just kept going up until its nose was ten feet above the boat. He aimed his eye down and I could quite clearly see he was looking at what was in the boat, and the dog especially, and I realized the I had a smooth-haired black dog on the water just about the size of the seals it was there to eat. Fortunately, it was a smart Orca and after taking a moment to think it over, decided the dog was not a seal and just dropped like a rock right back into the water.

That dog never got another boat ride.

The Orca probably thought to itself "that odd barking might be a seal, let's go take a look" followed by "nah, that's too bony and would give me indigestion".

EDIT: Just remembered a nature video of a pod of Orcas going after a pod of humpback wales. One of the Orcas turned towards the diver recording the whole thing and basically went "naw, not worth it" before returning his or her attention to turning a humpback whale into a snack.

I could be convicned Orca's are fully self-aware, able to form/retain detailed memories, and communicative to the degree humans are, but are limited by their domain and lack of opposable digits.
Here's what Orcas do when they come across a Great White Shark: they drown it, eat its liver, and leave the rest as a warning to the other sharks in the area.

Some Orcas also know how to hunt seals on land. They do this by temporarily beaching themselves while the tide is rising.

I recall an article where a tagged Great White near Hawaii just up and dissappeared after some Orcas showed up and ate one. It was next spotted off the coast of California.

That's sorta like an urban gang member with outstanding arrest warrants deciding that a racist sheriff in rural Kansas who would like nothing more than to be given an excuse is the sane and safe option.
