My integrity means that when I say something like that, I know it's true, because I am not a liar. Integrity means fessing up when you damn well know you're wrong,which should have been the case here. I understand why you think you need this rule, but I still think it's dumb - I'm arguing with people on the internet, not writing an academic paper. But I'll keep it in mind all the same.

Ingredients:
2 pounds of Dragon Steaks cut to 1 and 1/2 inch thickness
Half cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 cup maple syrup
1 pound of sliced potato, skins left on
1 Tablespoon salt
1 Tablespoon pepper
4 cloves garlic

Marinade:
Mix maple syrup and balsamic vinegar together completely in 2" deep pan large enough for your dragon steak. Then place dragon steak into pan with marinade overnight in the refrigerator.

Next Day:
Remove steaks from marinade to plate. Pat dry, and let them warm to room temperature. Then the steaks should be grilled to a nice medium rare.

Prepare Potato:
Place sliced potato in marinade and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350F. Drain off any remaining fluid. Combine Salt, Pepper, and minced garlic to cover the taters. Then put them back in the oven at a high broil for 10-15 minutes to crisp the outside of the taters.


Serves 2-4 depending on how hungry you are.
