Foley is willingly and knowingly trying to help spread the lies about Herrera and smiling about it because he's a DC psy-op account, and only is interested in advancing the blobs views, agendas, and biases.

So? Odds get defied all of the time in real life. And given how much Gonzalez has put his foot into his mouth recently on the internet I bet he's going to lose support fast. May's a whole month and a half away anyway. So we'll see how things go then.

I legit think if Herrera can get into Congress and get re-elected, he may become the guntuber who un-broke Congress.

He's only going to serve one Term. He's stated that multiple times. He really doesn't want to run for Congress. He's just convinced that it's necessary.

He said a second term may be there if he is not able to get enough done, but it would be that a lot of other members of congress change as well.
He said it is not likely but only possible if he knows good is going to happen

An all-in strategy of only being in for a single term would let him ignore the usual focus on fundraising (for reelection). On the other hand, part of that fundraising is for the party in general so he might make too many enemies that way. If not, then one could theoretically alternate being in congress and running for congress and get a lot more done. (Especially if someone else has the same idea.)
