    Election 2020 Election 2020: It's (almost) over! (maybe...possibly...ahh who are we kidding, it's 2020!)

Apparently, what her argument is a much narrower legal argument that she made a statement of legal option, rather than fact. As it was explained to me, if a lawyer accuses someone of murder, and the court finds them innocent, you generally cant sue the prosecutor for defaming you as a murderer...

I mean, at this level judges are politicians. They exist to push the law in certain directions. Our desire for the law to conform with the principles of the initial 10 amendments is not meaningfully less political than the desire that they dont. Law is downstream of politics.

What do you think evidence looks like? Like, what initially exposed Bernie Madoff was someone running a simple model and determining that his books were impossible. At crazy Eddies, talking to any employee there you would probably have gotten a list of strange dealing, being paid under the...

    Election 2020 Election 2020: It's (almost) over! (maybe...possibly...ahh who are we kidding, it's 2020!)

Yeah, you seem to be suggesting things that happened in broad daylight, which were advertised features, didnt happen and were impossible. I have no idea where you got this idea computer files cant be changed, in a system designed to be changed. You seem to be replacing what you think the ideal...

    Election 2020 Election 2020: It's (almost) over! (maybe...possibly...ahh who are we kidding, it's 2020!)

Yeah, people put way, way too high of a barrier to "conspiracy", if it even is a conspiracy. In the 1960s Chicago example, everyone knew people had cheated, it just was no one could do anything about it. People in bars talked about selling their votes if you asked them about it. The person who...

    Election 2020 Election 2020: It's (almost) over! (maybe...possibly...ahh who are we kidding, it's 2020!)

@Abhorsen , eh, I see no reason for your high hope in the incorruptibility of the system. Its well known JFK generated 10,000 of thousands of outright false votes out of the Chicago area in the 1960 election. That eventually resulted in 3 convictions 2 years later...

Yeah, Dominion has basically silenced all its formal opposition as far as I can tell with lawsuits. Reason reported on one of the groups silenced through threat of lawsuit. https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2021/01/statement.html American Thinker and contributors Andrea Widburg, R.D. Wedge...

How many congressmen can you exclude before falling below quorum requirements and the house simply cannot legally meet?

Very good. There's no reason make things easier for them. Delay their ability to get their tendrils in, strip as many of their existing tendrils as possible, get as many of yours in, and make it as hard to remove them as possible. Obama established thats how a transition is done, turnabout is...

I never really got why surrendering to evil is held up as the honorable thing to do. We see Republicans do this all the time. Oh, I disagree, so I'll resign, so that terrible policy can be implemented by the yes men waiting in the wings. Like, what does resigning achieve? Is it just a way to try...

Were definitely going to get some much more squeaky situations when/if lifespan becomes increasingly an issue of the ability to throw money at it: does just start to wear out from use and accumulate damage and toxins in it, so eventually you likely need transplants. Its going to be steadily more...

Yeah, even if the fraud can't be proven in time, or can't change the election, the people who did it still need to have the book thrown at them and punished to the maximum possible. He should do this even if he wins. No harm, no foul is not the correct response. These are large, well...

Eh, from the outside, its hard to distinguished between panicked thrashing and asserting total victory. I think Academic Agent made the comment that its hard to tell if they're being sloppy and blatant because they feel like their about to lose, or they feel they've already won. Like, when the...

Eh, the Democratic party survived being on the wrong side of the civil war. A little election fraud will not break them.

Well, yeah, they did. Or is Richard Spencer no longer a white supremacist? And you will notice the closer anyone is to white supremecist, the less thrilled about Trump they are if they do support him. Edit: ah gotcha you just have no idea whats actually happening.

You say that, but California shows they can achieve defacto one party rule, but the fact that a conservative exists somewhere is all they need to point to the existential threat of Republicans. There has not been a right wing party in Germany for generations (AFD is at best center left...

Yeah, in a normal fraud investigation what we've already seen would basically be a smoking gun, such as the missing documents and sworn testimony. But, were not dealing with honest actors, so, nothing is evidence. This is a normal thing: on the opposite end, a company hiring more men than woman...

Eh, being an annoying doomer twat giving bad advice doesn't help the right either. He's just being a self angrizing doomer trying to show how edgy he is while saying how he's beyond caring. This is basically why I've decided to just ignore him at this point because he doesn't even really have...

What really killed my interest and respect for mainstream libertarians is their orthodoxy on immigration which speaks to a fundementally unserious thinking. States do exist, and there are property rights tied up in that. With immigration, they seemed to wish to talk as though collective property...

    Election 2020 Election 2020: It's (almost) over! (maybe...possibly...ahh who are we kidding, it's 2020!)

The problem with libertarianism right now is that most ofnthe leadership is basically left wing at this point: yarron brook is bacially a pro Biden neoconservative at this point. Reason is at best center left. Hopperian libertarianism isnt bad, but also very much in the fringe of...
