The Expanse's final episode has come out, and it was a great way to leave things. I won't spoil anything, I will just say that it knew how to run you through all sorts of emotions. The cast acted the hell out of it, and you could tell that they wanted to end the series on a high note.

I expect they were exaggerating, and do think shows that go beyond about 10 years usually shit the bed. But there are a lot of rings/systems to explore and make plot in, so I could see the show running for a while.

I'm pumped for the next season. The Expanse seems like it took the lessons of Firefly, nBSG, and nuTrek, then made something to beat all of them. I haven't read the books, but I've been spoiled on some future plot developments, and I cannot wait to see how stuff is adapted to the screen. I...
