REQ: lvl 2, 6 Per, 30 Sneak.
Ability: No Disadvantage in locations that are devoid of light. (Darkvision equivalent)
-Black Widow/Lady Killer
REQ: NONE
Ability: Charisma Rolls relying on Persuasion or Deception have advantage against the opposite sex, +1 Damage against the opposite sex.
-Cherchez La Femme/Confirmed Bachelor
REQ: NONE
Ability: Charisma Rolls relying on Persuasion or Deception have advantage against the same sex, +1 Damage against the same sex.
-Heave, Ho!
REQ: lvl 2, STR 5, Explosives 30
Ability: Thrown Explosives 2x usual distance, can never receive a critical failure when throwing an explosive (1's become 2's)
-Hunter
REQ: Survival 30
Ability: 1D7 extra damage against mutated mammals or mutated reptiles. (Passive, stacks with other sources of damage. Applies once per round of combat)
-Rapid Reload
REQ: lvl 2, 6 AGI, 30 Guns
Ability: Permanent +1 Bonus Action, Can also use a Bonus Action instead of a regular action to reload any firearm of choice.
-Retention
REQ: lvl 2, 5 INT
Ability: Skill Magazines last until the next Long Rest instead of the next Short Rest.
-Swift Learner
REQ: lvl 2, INT 4
Ability: With this perk the player receives an extra 20% experience from Quest rewards or Combat. (Up to a maximum of 60% if the perk is selected thrice)
-Cannibal
REQ: lvl 4
Ability: Outside of combat consume a corpse to heal 1d10 HP, can eat Human and Ghoul flesh without having to pass a Constitution save.
-Comprehension
REQ: Lvl 4, INT 4
Ability: +2 Skill Points gained from books and 2x from Magazines
-Educated
REQ: lvl 4, INT 4
Ability: +2 Ability points gained per level (Stacks with Intelligence)
-Entomologist
REQ: lvl 4, INT 4, Survival 45
Ability: Twice per short rest your damage against a mutated insect is repeated for example if a player rolls a 1d20 and gets a 15 then the total damage inflicted is 30 (This stacks with other sources of damage)
-Rad Child
REQ: lvl 4, 70 Survival
Ability: Per 3 Rads stored regenerate 1 HP per round of combat.
