Israel's retaliation has shocked the Palestinians. They thought this'd just be like what happened in the past.

Nope. Israel's going for "make or break" here.

Hopefully that'll mean that "Palestinians = Hamas" won't be a thing any more after this, but even if Hamas is broken, the cult-like ideology of what formed it (that Israel is "occupied land", the rabid hatred for Jews, et cetera) will still remain.

"Oh, won't you think about the poor terrorists and terrorist supporters than the actual victims! Won't you think of the children!"

Yeah, this whole clusterfuck has ripped the mask off the UN and these charities.

Houthis attempted blockade of the Red Sea continues. One ship reportedly on fire. Others also signaling distress and being under threat from Houthis militants identifying themselves as the Yemeni Navy.

Locate the Houthi bases and launching points by using drones and satellites, and then bomb them so that not even ash remains. Simple.

It's election year coming up.
Can't have bad press of sending troops or stuff.
Or getting a new war

I'd say "We'd [UK] do it", but our government would either sympathize with the cunts committing these acts (probably a lot of their relatives actually doing the attacks, haha) or they're too cowardly to do anything. sigh

Nah, our government is just filled with cowards or sympathizers.

Let's put it this way: If the Falklands War happened today instead of in the 80's, we'd be fucked since the PM and all the MPs would quibble and waffle on in Parliament and at the UN, and the Falklands would have an Argentine flag raised over Stanley.

Updates on the situation. Looks like four ships struck by Houthi missiles.

So the Houthi's attacked like 4 seperate merchant vessels in the Red Sea today, with hits on at least two, and the USS Carney intercepted multiple Houthi UAVs while attempting to render aid to the vessels.

And the rot in formerly respectable aid NGOs continues, as we already saw in other wars like in Ukraine.

The Red Cross has always been corrupt. If you accept help from them don't give them your information if at all possible. They will send you a bill.
