I mean I selected automobiles as my choices for obvious contenders from dream vehicle, but what qualifies as 'dream vehicle'? Are flying vehicles allowed? Will fuel cost be covered? Will we be given all the legal permits required for our vehicle?

You might be wondering why in the world do you want is Monstrosity. You see it as a Pure Military Truck. I see it as the best Boar Hunting vehicle ever invented. I can take out 400 to 800 lbs boars with complete safety.
If it has 4 wheels I can drive it. Besides how different is it from the Caiman. The Caiman is the one I am most familiar with driving wise.
It is decently diffrent and have a VERY finicky fire supression system
That is ok I will just have all unnecessary systems removed. After all I don't need a fire supression system for Boar Hunting.
I can tell you from first hand experience. M-ATVs are a pain in the ass as parts on them have to be worked on by Oshkosh mechanics. Parts that are required.
If I ever become rich that will not be a problem. Money solves a whole lot of maintenance problems.
