Start by creating a symbiotic life form that enables me to view my own biology second hand and manually change it even if I can't actively change my own biology (given panacea's limitations). Probably work as a healer for the rich for dangerous procedures or things that can't be healed in order to get funds. Possibly work as a neutral within the supernatural scene providing confidential healing for money so as not to be targeted if I have to, I would try not to get involved if i can at first. With the funds, probably create a medical lab where I can 'work' with medical professionals on curing different diseases creating vaccines and furthering human understanding of biology. I would also probably spend a lot of time experimenting with my powers in secret at the lab with a few well chosen professionals on a wide array of things. Things like GM plants and animals for improving farming, terraforming... biomodifications because transhumanism = YES, I am especially interested in adding new senses to myself, but would obviously have to learn to do it safely though a life form (symbiot tool kind of thing) and not my powers if I can't modify myself.

Haven’t read Ward, but I think even “Red Queen” Amy never managed to really improve physically. Something about her being immune to regular diseases and viruses and other illnesses....doesn’t render her peak human though

That said, I am thinking of a Biological Ironman-Symbiote/PowerArmor

What about stuff involving sudden super plots? Like suddenly getting kidnapped or suddenly being involved in a plot involving dinosaurs and Conan the Cimmerian

create a biological machine that can send out radio waves or some such to control created insects with receivers, if possible have the machine internally while still modifiable but otherwise making it completely inconspicuous shouldn't be a problem
