This is the Nine minus Cherish and a Hatchet Face instead of a Hackjob, Hatchet Face's powers don't work on Yoshikage Kira and neither does Jack Slash's on the basis he's not a parahuman
They can't see his Stand, but they know he has powers that "blow things up" and Jack guesses there's a distance involved
Yoshikage Kira doesn't have BITES THE DUST, so he has to be careful
