Marvel World Building Building an Alternate Marvel Universe

So because I had writers block with my orginal stuff, and because I already have way too much stuff on Fanfiction.net, I figured I do some AU building. I actually got this idea after reading some stuff about the ultimates universe, and because I like The Blob, I thought what the heck. So this is what I have so far please feel free to contribute any ideas.

Spider-man: Peter parker has been Spider-Man since the age of 14 and has been the WebCrawler for the better part of three years, the constant near death situations have caused him to gain a sort of confidence as Peter Parker that he wouldn’t have in real life. He's no silver tongue or anything, but he's not afraid to take risk or say how he really feels, because as experience has taught him, life is too short to pull back punches. While this version of Peter has a easier time getting dates, he has a harder time keeping them. Trying to keep his double life a secret has been all but futile as bad guys seem to have an uncanny way of finding his loved ones even if they don't have that first clue as to who the secret identity of Spider-man is. As a result, all of peter's dates as of recent have either died, broken him off, or have found themselves on opposing ends of the law.

Things however have seemed to take a turn for the odd as it turned out that Peter's classmates named Liz Allen turned out to be a mutant, something he discovered after investigating her sudden disappearance that resulted in him going into a knockdown drag out fight with a female mutant with very similar powers to that of former mutant terrorist and black ops solider Freddie Dukes AKA the Immovable Blob. Turned out This mutant had been none other than liz Allen who had been led to believe that Dukes had in fact been her uncle. Feeling betrayed by her mother, Liz moved in with her father and decided to enroll into Xaviar's school for gifted youngsters, not wanting to force peter to leave a friend behind and already considering him a sort of unofficial member, Xavier encouraged peter to transfer as well. Peter soon revealed his identity to liz and the two are currently dating.

note Spider-man has the ability to break the 4th wall though so far he hasn’t exhibited it to the point deadpool has.

Liz Allen: Liz Allen was essentially the star Student of her school being a cheerleader with straight A's and the girlfriend of the Captain of the football team. Things however fell apart when She learned a secret about her origins. She was a mutant. her mother had convinced her that she had an auto immune disorder and forced her to take pills in order to "make her body function normally" turned out these pills contained mutant hormone blockers designed to keep any potential mutant powers from manifesting. These blockers did not work and in fact had caused her powers to aggressively manifest uncontrollably in massive growth spurts and sever mood swings all within a relatively short period of time. Terrified, enraged and inhumanly hungry, Liz went on a rampage throughtout Queens. Spider-man eventually caught up to Liz but she proved too strong even for him and it took the combined effort of both Spider-man and the X men to pacify her.

Waking up in the hospital wing of Xavier’s school for gifted youngsters in a sane state of mind with her mother, wolverine and an unmasked spider-man, a weeping liz begged her mother to tell her what was wrong with her. It was then that Doris had revealed the truth her father had been none other than Freddie Valentine Dukes AKA the immovable Blob

Liz felt utterly betrayed, she had always wanted to see meet her dad but her desires were blocked by her mother at every turn. With the help of the X-man wolverine, Liz quickly tracked down the whereabouts of her father (Whom desperately tried to find her after receiving a pardon from the president of the united states.) and moved in with him. She's currently not on speaking terms with her mom and is enrolled into the X-men along with her best friend (Now boyfriend) Peter Parker.

Note: she's essentially this universe's Big Bertha.

The world's views on mutants: Mutants in this universe are discriminated against though not so much for their powers so much as their heavily anti-authoritarian leanings. Government officials fear that this combined with the over-concentration of natural and unpredictable super abilities, could spell the end of the political status quo. Because of this special interest groups have sought to curve the mutant (and superhuman in general) menace by ways of special hormone blockers designed to keep powers from manifesting (to often contradictory and dangerous results) as well as other experimental therapies.

Despite efforts from the establishment and media to undermined mutants, they are large swaths of the population that are advocates for mutant rights (even if it's secret) with some celebrities such as Steve Rodgers and Harry Osborn.

As a result of tension between pro and anti-mutant advocate various anarchist groups are wishing to take advantage, such as the accelerationist group the brotherhood of mutants.....WIP

Harry Osborn: After Spider-man's encounter with the goblin that lead to Gwen Stacy and Gobin's death, Harry starts to vow revenge much like his 616 counterpart however this quickly changes when Harry discovers that his dad and the Green Goblin were one in the same and peter parker was the Spider-man. Ashamed by the secret legacy his father left behind, Harry used his inheritance to buy up all remaining stock of Oscorp and turning it into a private company. He works with peter as a kind of informant.

James Howlett returned to the village in Hokkaido, Japan after the war and married a Japanese woman named Itsu. She bore him a single son named John in 1949, who appears to share his father's regenerative healing ability and retractable bone claws, though the claw arrangement is different. Please see File#978X for more details on the individual known as John Howlett.

The subject has been spotted multiple times at the mutant haven known as Genosha in Madagascar after it's establishment in 1960, though his primary residence is still a Japanese village on the island of Hokkaido. In the 1970s, number of high profile assassinations attracted his attention and the attention of S.H.I.E.L.D. as wounds found on the bodies of victims were caused by adamantium claws similar to his own. Though extensive resources have been dedicated to the hunt for this mysterious killer, we still know very little about her beyond some basic information. For more information on the subject known as Sieglinde von Alder (Jägerin) see Special File#009X.

James Howlett is cooperating with us in capturing the Jägerin and he is currently on the hunt for this elusive assassin alongside S.H.I.E.L.D forces.
His son John Howlett is also assisting us with capturing the Jägerin, though unlike his father he is working for S.H.I.E.L.D as a private military contractor.

In case you haven't noticed, ITTL Wolverine's son John (ITTL's Daken who's named after James's deceased older brother John) is a "good" guy, while his clone daughter Sieglinde von Alder (ITTL's Laura Kinney) gave in to the evil and now works as a assassin for hire after breaking out of the facility she was created.
And Itsu isn't assassinated by Bucky either, so John is raised by both his parents. Itsu later died from illness in 1977.

Aside from that the physical appearances and abilities of John and Sieglinde are exactly the same as Daken and Laura, aside from different hairstyles, outfits, and other cosmetic stuff.

Agents are still confused about what this means though they have noted other superhumans with the same quirk notably Wade Wilson and Jennifer Walters.

Notes:

Not much is really noteworthy of peter parker. He's been spider-man since the age of 14 (so roughly the past 3 years) prior to being a superhero he was a wrestler for the Capcom Wrestling Association this changed when his Uncle Ben died after a failed car jacking resulted in the man getting shot. Since then he's been giving his all trying to protect New York City from various superhuman threats (even to the detriment of emotinal and mental health) while also trying to support his widowed aunt (Financial and emotional support should be secretly and subtly given when possible)

as of this record he's been taken in by the X-men and is considered an adopted member of the team. he's secretly transferred to Charles Xavier's Academy For Gifted Youngsters though official records have said that he was transferred to an undisclosed school.

In this universe all of the authority and governing figures know who Spider-man really is but the public at large does not know. Also, being endorsed by conservative authority figures doesn't keep him being lambasted by both politicians and media figures. he's also been taken in as a member of the X-men as a sort of adopted member since he is of the same age most mutants would be at when their powers manifest. he fits in surprisingly well. Also his costume is blue and black as opposed to red and blue.

I made this post about a month ago on AH.
At that point this thread didn't even exist lol.
