Which would be more useful for the average person who has been transported to Novigrad in The Witcher 3 (When Geralt enters the square and sees the woman burned).

A) An Andalite morphing cube, a bank account with fifteen thousand crowns in it, and a NuTrek phaser locked in stun mode.

B) Eezo Implants, A military grade biotic amp, five hundred crowns, an Andromeda era Omnitool; and Pathfinder implants including SAM.

1) For general day to day living.
2) For trying to flee the city and reach Nilfgard.
3) For trying to become a powerful figure in the city.

This allows the average person make a general use barrier field that is always on, an active AI companion that has the sum total of all human knowledge available to the Humans of Mass Effect, including the blueprints to every device ever patented by the citadel council. They also gain the ability to, with the implants and SAM, manipulate gravity with biotics at a level that rivals Asari Matriarchs from minute one. Let's not ignore the Omitool, which when paired with SAM, allows the capacity to turn rocks and sticks into power armor and guns, or even a village over the high-tech sci-fy military outpost in a few days (assuming this is only a single person equipped with this). The addition of the five hundred crowns and the fact that the typical person will in fact look obviously human will mean that they will be able to stay at an inn and pay for food and drink for the better part of two weeks, allowing them ample time to covertly familiarize themselves with both their current surroundings and the benefits of being improved to among the overall best modern super soldiers in science fiction.

Edit: It should be noted that SAM is probably the most helpful and loyal AI to be partnered with that I have seen in fiction, yes even counting Neir: Automata. SAM is also the only character aside from Ryder Senior that I found likeable and competent in Mass Effect: Andromeda, and this is coming from the sucker who put in 442.5 hours into the single-player mode and 9 hours in the multiplayer.

Edit: SAM's active and constant monitoring and manipulation of its partner's biology allows the human partner to effectively experience constant physical improvement and increased training gains making them a bootleg "gamer".
