Trust no system that the enemy has had a chance to research. Our drone was stolen by the Chinese, working with the Iranians. The president at the time didn't have the balls to buck the billionaires and make them pay.

Honestly, I could see robots as infantry replacements working if you use Soviet Combat doctrine as long as you support them with specialized units for roles they can't cover. You will need units of Gendarmerie for occupying taken territory and additional combat engineers.

But they will only work as a supplement to standard infantry with NATO doctrine. For example having robotic heavy weapons teams attatched to each platoon, or using a robot as the point man for breaching operations. With NATO doctrine, there is not much that a robot can do that powered armor could not do better.
