WI: Dinosaurs survived on Madagascar

I strongly believe that a tiny population of dinosaurs survived in the jungles of Africa long after the extinction but they eventually died out due to the lack of genetic diversity, human hunting, or etc. Or maybe a smaller, dwarf version of said species, which is why they were so hard to find.
Anyway, there probably were dinosaurs who survived the extinction for quite some time, but they're definitely all extinct today.

Given that there are still uncontacted tribes in the Amazon rainforest, this is a possibility.
I don't think it would be possible for dinosaurs to live up in mountains though.
It's too cold for them.

1.i think you are right - hunters who recognized dinosaurus in 19 or early 20th century could not knew anything about them. But now they all must be dead. And they kind of dwarws, becouse mokele-mbebme was not longer then 10m,where diplodocks was at least twice as big.

2.Tepui are lone mountains in Venezuella, dinosaurus was supposed to live on one of them, and there is jungle there/on tepui/ ,so in theory big animals could live there.Problem is - lack of genetic diversity should get them, and if not, current Venezuella regime certainly sold them all to rich collectors.
