They have been getting away with it for decades and not in a Sam Hyde way. Barring massive change on the scale of a full blown revolution it will go on as a regular theater with a dime-a-dozen small fishes geting fried and occasionally a mid level flunky being sacrificed/silenced, while important people carry on, getting only slap on the wrist if they get really careless.
