In this scenario the ROB being bored decides to have a little fun at the expense of some poor universes. He takes a Zentraedi Fleet (Macross) consisting of 4 Million Warships and several Billion Zentaedi and sends them to these universes.

1: Star Trek Circa 2411 AD
2: Star Wars Circa A New Hope
3: Babylon 5 Circa The War with the Shadows
4: Warhammer 40K. Just pick a point in time it is all Grim Derp
5: Stargate SG1: Circa season 6
6: Gundam Wing Circa the beginning of the series
7: Gundam Seed Circa the beginning of the series
8: Aliens/ Predator Universe circa Aliens movie
9: Hasbro Universe (G1 Transformers, GIJOE, Inhumanoids, Gem etc)
10: Insert your favorite universe here.

The Zentraedi will not show up at a home world with the bulk of their main fleet. They will send smaller Battlegroups of about 100 ships to scout out the location before the main fleet moves into a Star System. They like all Zentraedi are vulnerable to Cultural Contamination. But it is not a 100 percent effect. Some Zentraedi might decide to go Native but most won't. So how does each universe deal with the Zentraedi arrival?

Cultural contamination - in WH40 it mean Chaos. You just made reality tumors stronger.
Others - all except SW get stomped.
10 - Crest of the Stars.Abh win after hard fight.

They get stopped in Star Trek too. The Q, the Doud, Tralane's Race, The Organians and especially the Iconians can all solo the Zentraedi.

Star Trek's Federation can likely do quite well despite OP's fiat weakening of cultural contamination. The Federation in universe is noted for their cultural conquest ability, as noted by Quark:

Considering how well human culture did in their origin universe where humanity there was literally just being human, a polity that is specifically noted for their ability for cultural assimilation will likely create widespread havoc among the Zentraedi. Widespread desertion, will be a constant issue plus, as Lower Decks has shown, the Kirk and/or Picard speech is SOP for Federation officers put in bad situations, and they don't just work for Kirk and Picard.

Basically, the Federation is a Bard Diplomancer build civ, and anyone with a weakness to Cha based attacks, like the Zentraedi, are going to be especially vulnerable to that... even before we get into Trektech and the godlike beings that just hang around.

If the Federation ever got really serious took off the kid gloves and went all out with their technology, Then they would be genuinely horrifying enemies to have. Things like weaponized transporters and weaponized replicators could easily be doomsday weapons never mind the sort of biological weapons they could easily create.

Yes.Why teleport 5 persons, when you could teleport 500kg of antimater instead?

They could also create a super dense hunk of metal with replicators put warp drives on it and crash it into a planet at max speed, They could also throw a cloaking device on it to make it undetectable. So then you suddenly have an ICBM analogue that will pulverize a planet into nothing and never be seen coming.

If they could hit spaceships with that, even WH40 behemots would die to few of them.

They have no defense against the warp, well they could probably make a defense against it but aside from that 40k shit at least in the DAOT is like Trek with no morals.
Star Trek has some truly nightmare tech that they don't use unless things get dire.

Redmatter : Basically Black Holes in a can.

Metagenic Weapons: The we want all life including microbes to die on this planet.

Nova Warheads: Weapons that can cause a star to go supernova as quick as you can sneeze

Time Travel: Self Explanatory.

Nanites: Weaponized Nanites is a thing they can use.

Ironman level Armor tech: They can literally build Stark Tech level Armor if they ever chose to.

And that is not even getting into the really scary tech of the week they got laying around in some broom closet.

Da Orkz already have that tech, it teleports an angry squigling through the warp and it pops inside the target and burrows out.

Yes,but they could not do that every time and always hitting right target.ST could do that.
On land it would be one-side massacre against anybody who do not have personal schield.

Isn't that mostly because of their insanely fast and cannot-be-removed-without-Extirminatus reproductive system that lets new Orks just pop up from the ground for all eternity once the spores are released on a planet?
