Team Clone Wars
Commander: SWTCW S7 Ahsoka Tano (Double Lightsabers and space suit)
Captain Rex (SWTCW Season 7 Gear)
2x Arc Troopers (Standard Gear)
14x 501st Troopers (Standard Gear)

Team UNSC Halo
Commander: Master Chief (Gen 3 Armor, H3 Battle Rifle, HCE Shotgun, Cortana)
20x UNSC Marines (AR's, Halo CE Pistol, Frags, Standard Armor)
ODST Squad Sunray 1-1 (Default Gear)

Team Imperium of Mankind
Commander: Captain Titus (Warhammer40k Endgame Gear from 1st game)
4x Veteran Cadian Guardsmen (Lasguns, Carapace Armor)
Tech Priest (Enginseer, Omnisiah Axe only)

All team are deployed with high resistance to the marker, the resistance scales to the percentage of survivors on the team, at full strength the resistance is 100%

At 50% team casualties the resistance to the markers mental effects become 50% resistance. For scaling the resistance to the markers are Issac Clark lvl between 51% and 70%.

The goal is to accomplish all the objectives Clark did in Dead space 1 then extract, teams can work together but there's only enough space for two teams to extract by the end so if all teams survive it's a death battle.

I think the Halo and 40k squads have the best chances.

They have dealt with eldritch abominations like the marker zombies.

Ultimately this will be Titus and MC chatting for a long time in an escape pod and comparing their experiences in dealing with the enemies of Mankind.

TBF all the factions have dealt with monsters

The Enclaves would have dealt with mutants and I think the Clone Troopers dealt with Genosian Zombies so they all have some lvl of XP.

Titus would be able to physically rip the necromorphs apart. His weapons though.
Thunder hammer or power axe?
His end game weapons very depending on person.

And the 40k team overall has the best chance of winning her mainly due to Titus.
With Halo being a close second.

Titus also has corruption resistance, something which the other teams lack.

Chief, maybe, due to his run ins with the Gravemind, although I didn't pay that much attention after HALO 1 and 2, did that thing try to mindfuck him the way the Markers mindfuck some people in the setting?

Im giving Ahsoka Tano and the Clone troopers first place. I think lightsabers will be pretty good at slicing and dicing and in the Zero G portions she'll have the agility and whatnot as well. Clonetroopers also have been depicted as having ability to operate in vacuums sometimes. Plus their armor is fully sealed.

The main thing, along with comparable training to the other is that I think the Clones will work as a team best being Clones and all. And their blasters I feel are the best personal weapons to use against Necromorphs outside of the Enclave weapons. The Cadians have lasguns but there's only four of them. Plus Ahsoka has esoterix force abilities to sense shit for better precognition.

I was thinking of giving second place to the Enclave but they need more character shields. Power armor, plasma and laser guns and an incinerator are pretty ideal weapons to use. And Frank Horrigan is a beast but I just can't shake their lack of main character energy. The other downside is they lack experience. Even clone have fought Geonosian zombies and various monsters and beasts. And the UNSC and Cadians have fought similar. Enclave fought feral ghouls and mutants I suppose. Not zany alien entities like this though. Just being in space is a bit of an OCP for them.

Titus is a beast and so is Master Chief. I think ODSTs and twenty UNSC Marines is better then four Guardsmen and an Enginseer though even if lasguns might be better weapons to use. They should have teamwork down like the other groups as well. I think UNSC projectile weapons aren't going to be as effective against the Necromorphs as ironically they are against the Flood (versus using Plasma weapons against them). Plus like the Cadians they lack the fully sealed armor. So I'll put them in third...

And the Cadians fourth. Titus either carries the team... Likely as it's sole survivor or they fail based on his performance.

Well, it would depend.
Are we looking at bog standard? Kaskrins? Have they been space trained?
Loadouts?
Variables for the cadians

Hmm I think you're underestimating team Fallout their armor can work in a vaccum so they'd be able to do the space sections too annnnnd their armor should be resistant to Deathclaw slashing/smashing as we see here.

And not enough main character shields? You have Horrigan AND the Sole Survivor aka Nate

Not including the fact he's a veteran and war hero of the 108th Infantry Regiment. Also proceeds to be General of the Minute Men with in a few days of waking up if that's not main character energy idk what is 😂

Well, it would depend.

I actually missed the Commander/Sole Survivor was leading the Enclave team entirely despite referring to your post several times in my response lol.

So now that we have the Uber power Sole Survivor with ED-E do you change your initial opinion?

No. It irrationally worsens it and I blame you and your formatting for making me feel foolish.

Enclave drop to the bottom. They don't have character shields. They'll have to (quick)save scum to win now.

I'm saving America from embarrassment.

Frank Horrigan gets stuck in a doorway on the opening level. Can he even bend over? The initial Necromorph attack will likely take out many of the Enclave as they're trying to debug Horrigan from clipping his big head into low hanging door frames. With that said I know he can crawl... AFTER HE'S BLASTED APART.

Bog standard Canadians from the Fall of Cadia.
So...again.
What load outs? Standard squad? This would never be done by just normal cadians either. Kaskrin would be about right.
Are they wearing thier masked helmets? Do they have any special weapons like Plasma or just thier lasrifles?

Fall of cadia has the entirety of Cadians invovled. There is no standard cadian

The Oil Rig was modified by the Enclave who owned it for decades. Though curiously you only encounter Horrigan in the opening lobby area.

I'm sorry Scoobs. But the Ishimura is just as poorly formatted for Frank Horrigan as your post was for my reading.

RIP Frank Horrigan: 2211-2508

Not a bad run, he almost lived to be three hundred years old.

It says standard equipment. Though with that said I'm assuming they get breathing masks, or else it's just patentably (am I even using that word correctly?) unfair.

I think the Clonetroopers would do well because their armor is more well designed for such random environments, plus AFAIK Clonetroopers get training in all sorts of climates including zero-G stuff since they can use jetpacks and fight in space and such.

Not all troopers do. It is only seemingly like that due to the show.
Some are more specialized in space while others are better in other areas.

A standard Cadian squad is varied heavily.

There probably wouldn't be any special prep I feel since the protagonists in the original game (outside of the Government lady) didn't really have much forewarning of what went wrong with the Ishimura. So while they'd be on alert due to a ship seemingly lost contact they wouldn't be specially equipped for a bug hunt on a space hulk.
