Alternate History What if the Black Death is way worst than it was in the past

In this scenario when the plague begins to spread in the Old World it mutates into a monster of a disease. It runs rampant in Eurasia and Africa. After several years the population of the Eurasian Continent is reduced to 2,000 people total. And the population of Africa is reduced to 3,000 total. North America, South America, Japan, Indonesia, the Phillppians, Oceana and Australia are all unaffected. After this massive die off a way less sever variant takes hold in the Old World. How does this disaster affect the rest of human history?

Special Note: The Population of Eurasia is all just scattered villages. No big cities remain populated. The same with Africa. All other places on the globe are as they were in the time period.

Made it 500.000 for Europe and Asia,even Ebola would not kill that many as in your scenario.
But,with only Japan and Indonezia among cyvilized countries able to expand remaining - they would repopulate world,and their descendents take over most of Asia.In their own states,they have no technology to rule one big state then.

What is important - with death of Western Europe,we would never have science.Unless...Poland in OTL was almost not hit,if here even 30% survive,it would be enough to rebuild western cyvilization.
And since only we would have science,we would rule world!

What would happen in Americas - unimportant,their cyvilizations would not bring anything really interesting anyway.
Somebody would conqer them - Japan,Indonezia,or,if Poland survive,us.
