Assuming there's still the initial popular uprising against Qadhafi, and he fights it.
Which western government/leader's mind is most important to change? France/Sarkozy? British govt? Italian govt? US/Obama?
What's the ultimate outcome? Qadhafi suppresses uprising and Libya quiets down in a year, he or his son rule the country in 2021?
Or, we are in tenth year of Libya civil war, like Syria?
