Warhammer 40K What If? All Humans, Abhumans & Mutants(even DNA)was wiped out or erased from existence, except for the Emperor after the Iron Men rebel?

Let’s just say ROB essentially erased all of humanity, minus the Emperor, from existence right after the Iron Men’s Rebellion

No humanity brought to the edge of destruction or much more primitive states and victim to all sorts of horrors without their power, because they are no longer around(somehow)

What does the Emperor do, knowing that he’s the only remaining sign of humanity existing aside from the remaining AI, human technology and colonies without life?

One of two things, one, he'll try to resurrect humanity because it's the Emperor, it wouldn't surprise me if he had the human genome memorised. Two, he'll commit suicide. There is literally no reason for him to exist at that point. In terms of how he'd commit suicide though? He could either A, decide to go to the Eye of Terror and challenge the Chaos Gods or decides to ho ham on the various xenos species like a Dwarf slayer.

You know, as I think about it, he could also probably to use warp shenanigans to back in time and try to reverse it too. One of the HH anthology books has a story where some Inquisitors send someone back in time to try and prevent the civil war only for a zealous pro-battle sister stop it because she believes the Emperor's divine.

Why? The shamans that formed him were compelled to guide humanity. When the Immaterium noticed humanity and started eating the shaman's souls preventing them from being reborn, they coalesced into the Emperor. Without humanity to guide, the Emperor doesn't really have any purpose or reason to exist.
