This occurs right before Civil War and the origins of said powers are unknown but let's assume its ROB

Ex-Mutants affected by M-Day either regain their original powers or a non-making-my-life horrible/inconvenient version

The powers all vary but can be controlled after awhile

Things would probably even out for mutants, since everyone has powers now, the whole replacing humans is undercut, and many dangerous mutants are no longer dangerous as per OP, or rather dangerous to the everyday person. Hopefully it ends with the reeing of all supremacists human or mutant, and Sublime reeing too.

Also, what do you mean by "reeing"? You mean complaining about mutants no longer being remotely "special" and the human supremacists complaining about how they're all technically "mutants"

Does Hulk arrive to a world in chaos which he has a slightly harder time destroying and the Skrulls decide "Fuck it" and delay ever invading Earth due to the sheer amount of superhumans around?

I am saying it would be moot, and they'd be reeing because of it. They'd be disempowered. And it really doesn't matter, some people would try to pretend, but I doubt many people are going to be bigoted against mutants when there isn't a reason to be bigoted anymore. There is no reason to fear or hate the mutant.

Well, that is quite conceivable. Just look at the Morlocks. Not all people disfigured by gaining their powers can be photogenic like the thing is.

Also, laws about not using your powers in public or areas with lots of people around, mostly for safety

Or using your powers to get ahead of others in a job

I'd imagine they'd vary from country to country.

Probably would depend. I am not entirely sure myself.

They'd probably have separately leagues for people with powers that would give them advantages and ones for people who don't...and I imagine sports based off of creative power use.

Also I am not sure that the system from MHA is a good idea, as a Westerner it sounds rather authoritarian.
