What If? What happens when you come back from Narnia?

There weren’t many people for them to marry? Except maybe Archenlanders? Who didn’t have anyone around marriageable, and the Calormenes, one of whose princes did try to court Susan unsuccessfully.
Possibly the Telmarines as those were Prince Caspian's ancestors. But really, not one person in all of Archenland that was marriageable? Seems hard to believe, they must be having the demographic crisis from hell.

To be fair, the other human countries were extremely aggressive and in conflict with Narnia.

IIRC they tried to force/kidnap her, adding to the reasons why Pevensies wouldn't want to consider a diplomatic marriage.

Yes, but the calormene prince tried courting in her in a courtly way and she politely rebuffed him.

They had a ruling family descended from Frank and his wife. (Which I think still existed). But the world of Narnia is fairly small, with far more non humans than humans.

You must know that I didn't literally mean Narnia, but a "typical high fantasy setting," and used Narnia in the title as a shorthand for "getting isekai'd to a fantasy world then coming back."

Realistically, that would be one of the most mentally straining things a person could possibly experience. There is very little chance that on their return they would remain stable.

I recall this being addressed in the story "The Rise of Darth Vulcan" by RH Junior. It's an MLP fic with the human in Equestria theme.

At one point Celestia winds up summoning a human named Leo to try to solve a problem, and he winds up with super-strength, magic armor, blessings from both Celestia and Luna, the works. Then the power of the summons runs out and he has to be sent back.

Discord winds up soundly chastising the Princesses because after his experiences on Equestria being a champion and saving the world with superpowers, it would be impossible for Leo to every be happy going back to an office job on Earth. Leo does indeed fall into a severe depression while back home as he wakes up in the hospital and realizes everything's gone back to being mundane.

Then a supervillain fight breaks out where he can see it from the hospital room and he realizes his magic powers and artifacts are still with him, and Discord redirected him to a very different Earth.

Must have been terrible having to leave his wife and children behind though.

Pretty sure he didn't have any. The ponies tried to define their idea of a perfect warrior and muffed it completely because of not understanding Earth and how terminology was different between worlds. For instance they wanted a general so asked for a Veteran of Many Campaigns who was Good with Swords, and got a cosplay nerd who'd played a lot of game campaigns. Only Pinkie Pie's wish (That he have absolutely no allergies whatsoever) wasn't twisted by the spell.

Wait... He doesnt have sex with the horses?

I... would have thought that was the point.

RH Junior doesn't normally do NSFW. He's a highly conservative artist/writer who's been churning out stuff ranging from original comics to fanfic for a solid couple of decades now.

Leo in the story is only in Equestria for a few weeks and in the entire story, humans are generally not attracted to Equestrian species at all. There's a fairly humorous section where Chrysalis attempts to be seductive and the human involved finds it rather hilarious since she had idea what a human female actually looked like and tried to extrapolate from seeing a fully clothed human male (among other things she assumed the breasts were located on the belly like they are on ponies).

Looking at it realistically, you'd probably get a bunch of very depressed grownups in teenage bodies where there mundane lifes are daily reminders of the greatness they've lost.
