SA prosecute christian more then others, and USA would change that - if they cared.
And,according to all book writen by people who go to Iran, they do not prosecute christian minority as long as they remain loyal.
Standart autocratic regime in which you could live normal live.
Where is christian minority in SA?
A lot of the foreign workers. Most of which go to SA out of their own free will to make money. As we have established, both SA and Iran hate local Christian converts. Nevermind that Christians being loyal to a Shia theocracy makes even less sense than being loyal to a Saudi king.

In reality it makes slight more sense. Not it is all fucking rosy, BUT they are considered fellow Iranians even by most theocrats and have a (though symbolical) seat in the Iranian "parliament".

In Saudi they own nothing and might as well be owned "Free Congo State" style if the Saudi choose to do so.

Does SA even have citizen Christians who are *not* converts from Islam? Iran, being a more culturally diverse country, has some such small groups, so that's a separate factor.

If your goal was to prevent the saudis from buying weapons, rather than a blockade which apparently not every nation would abide by, you'd have better luck going after their source of money. Build nuclear reactors and powersats until the market value of their oil drops sufficiently they can't afford an expensive imported arsenal.

Problem is, the Saudis are going to start throwing themselves (+70 pounds of Semtex, C4, RDX, etc.) at the nuclear reactors if we try that.

Never forget that Bin Laden and Co. were Saudis, himself being a Saudi billionaire.

That's nothing a bit of slightly islamophobic immigration policy tightening couldn't fix.
Much more realistic than getting the whole economy to work without oil cheaply in fact.

That's what these puppies are for. Put them all around the reactor, and if anyone who's not registered in the central computer gets too close... dakka-dakka-dakka.

Joking aside, protecting nuclear powerplants against terrorist attacks should be a "no duh" matter.

Would they even do that ? The Saudi family are rotten to the core but I don't think causing Chernobyl-scale events is on their lists.

YET.

It's not the House of Saud as such - it's all the radicals and extremists in the population there. Former just want to keep selling oil. It's the latter who dream of burning the world down.

You really are one of those Rust players, aren't you.

(BTW I am one of those rust players as well. And you should try the Eoka turret.)

That's ultimately what enabled 9/11 and most other terrorism in the west.
They can't do much as long as they stay *there*. Mostly scream into the wind and murderize whatever tourists, humanitarians or oil industry people go into that region without sufficient security.
They cause the biggest problems when allowed to come closer for whatever reason.

Been experimenting with those the other day.
There's more than one kind of Rust player, as I'm sure you know. I see myself as mostly the peaceful friendly PVE Solo type.
A house in the woods somewhere people won't bother me, hunting wildlife for food, and generally living out my Anarcho-Survivalist fantasies.

Who? Pretty sure all the western engineers who work for ARAMCO are not persecuted for being Christians. Sure, they treat foreign servants and menial workers like crap, but they do that to all of those regardless of religion.
