If they stomp him then he can call in Skulker and Dark Danny as backup.
If he would stomp them, then they can call in Stormfront and Shockwave as backup.

A-Train has no heart condition and is at the peak of his game for this fight.

Well, he could just wait until they implode upon themselves...

That said, Vlad would probably slaughter them with very little effort. The Deep, Queen Maeve, and Translucent simply lack the powers to face him in a straight fight. Vlad could also instigate a fight between the Seven themselves, such as overshadowing any of them and instigating a fight. He could overshadow Homelander and slaughter most of the rest. After the fight has weakened them all, he can show up and pretty much finish them off.
