Sure. But the main point is POC feels in said argument thread. Which can frankly be expanded to everything like the very existence of the US, the founders, etc.
And MY main point is that there are good reasons to remove confederate statues, while there are no good reasons to remove the WWII-era murals (other than, as you so eloquently described, "feels", which is not a good reason). So the two can't be compared.
Why are there statues dedicated to enemies of America in the US anyway? Will there be a Bin-Laden and Suleimani statue?
