It's been tracked for several days now but the powerful Typhoon Nanmadol has finally struck the Japanese coastline. Thousands have already been evacuated in days prior however. Winds of over 100 miles per hour and at least twenty inches of rainfall are expected. Blackouts and flooding are reported and there is also a fear of mudslides occurring as well as the Typhoon struck the southern Japanese island of Yakushima before reaching Kyushu, Japan's main island later including Tokyo.
