What if Russian Tsar Alexander III of Russia lives to age 100 with the help of Alien Space Bats, dying sometime between March 1945 and February 1946?

FWIW, Sergei Witte, a prominent adviser and government minister to Russian Tsars Alexander III and Nicholas II, believed that having Russia go to war for Serbia in 1914 was utter madness, but he got overruled:

Count Witte told the French Ambassador, Maurice Paléologue that from Russia's point of view the war was madness, Slav solidarity was simply nonsense and Russia could hope for nothing from the war.[106]

Maybe a surviving Alexander III would have been more inclined to listen to Witte's advice in regards to this? But of course I also wonder if a surviving Alexander III might have been less inclined to engage in activities such as creating the Balkan League in the early 1910s in the first place.
