Assume that at the start of the Human-Covenant War after the Fall of Reach, a horde of 20000 White Scars is transported to Halo-verse and they agree to defend humanity from Covenant. With them is transported a fleet of let's say a 200 ships from frigate class to battleships + needed Mechanicus forge ships + etc... needed Mechanicus void assets that are supplying everything the Scars need from bolt rounds to mighty battleships, and everything inbetween. Also assume that UNSC opens up all their worlds for recruitment.
