What If? The Tomacco Plant was real and it also had the same effects on animals?

Right, so what do we know about Tomacco
-It tastes disgusting
-It grows very quickly
-It's probably the most powerfully and immediately addictive substance on the planet
-Animals that eat it become extremely violent
-there dont appear to be any extreme withdrawal symptoms

I really dont see any way this thing isnt immediately declared an invasive species and an ecological disaster waiting to happen, and exterminated with extreme prejudice if it's in America. If it's in some other part of the world, it becomes a food staple due to it's growing so quickly, and is used to enslave the masses.

I'm not sure about you, but so long as there is Demand, someone will come out with a Supply

Now if only the rats didn't start talking and threatening to murder Tomacco farmers/dealers and their families

Theres competing demand here though. People have "demand" to not have animals constantly going berserk, and "demand" to not permit genetically modified invasive species out-compete other plants.

So the Black Market deals with itself after dealing with the sudden infestation of insane animals?
