So this came to my attention recently. It's a French made series about Eli Cohen, Israel's most famous spy. He was able to infiltrate Syria, and provide significant military intelligence. Most famously, he convinced the Syrian military to plant trees around the bunkers in the Golan Heights, to provide shade. Of course, this also told the Israeli military where the bunkers were.
Interestingly enough, Eli Cohen is played by Borat, Sacha Baron Cohen. Really good so far, and he takes the role seriously. I'd highly recommend it. This is also the second story about Israeli intelligence exploits released on Netflix, the first being the "Red Sea Diving Resort", also based on a true story about the rescue of Ethiopian Jews.
