Alternate History The Sioux and Cheyenne transported to Asia

In this scenario the ROB transports all of the Sioux and Cheyenne tribes as they were in 1870 to the Central Asian Steppes circa 1500 BC. Along with both Nations. The ROB also sends 500,000 Bison to those same Steppes. What effect would the arrival of both Nations and the advanced weapons have on Ancient Asia and maybe Europe/ Lavant?

They probably at some point end up trading their knowledge to outsiders

They do not produced their rifles,so it would change nothing.
Till somebody in Asia manage to replicate their rifles - personally,i bet on chineese.
