What quips does Harry make about all of these sexy scantily clad buff dudes who pose FABULOUSLY?

The Pillarmen obviously stomp. The only way the people in JoJo even stood a chance of defeating them was through technology where the used UV lights. Though this was still ineffective as the Pillarmen could enter suspended animation to outlast it.

The pillarmen aren't really supernatural creatures either so this limits your options in dealing with them. The only reason why Joseph Joestar was able to really beath them was because he was a natural at Hamon who underhanded tactics that caught them off guard.

In the case of the defeat of Kars, that was pure luck. Kars was by chance distracted before the debris from the volcano launched him into space.
