The biggest problem with pot is pot heads.

You can't let the legalization of pot part of your party platform. If you do, then you will attract potheads like flies to shit. This is what destroyed the Libertarian party. I had family that were part of the early libertarian party and RLC, but abandoned the the libertarian party after the pot heads showed up.

What I think should be done is deleting all the names of drugs in the Controlled Substances act and make the categorization of drugs under the act a fact question.

The GOP just threw down a gauntlet on Federal legal weed; now they can corner the Dems on it. The Dems cannot say no, or they lose a good chunk of they youth vote. Montana has legal for recreational cannabis laws going into effect in the New Year, and more and more states of both colors are going green.

I personally use it after summer exam periods. Most of my usage / consumption is usually in that period.

So every year I smoke 3/4 joints , more if it was a stressful period and there is a fair price.
