In this scenario and extremely powerful ROB decides to mess with varous Horror movie villains. He gives the Main Protagonist of each movie aor movie franchise the Venom Symbiote (Mavel 616). This is after Venom has left Peter Parker. The Main Protagonist will wake up in bed with Venom already bonded to them. Venom being angry is looking for an outlet for his rage and sees the various monsters and beings that are going after the main character as worthy way to vent the rage. So Venom will not show mercy or hold back on any person or creature aiding the main villain of the movie? How does this change affect various Horror Franchises, Like Friday the 13th, Hellraiser, Nightmare on Elm Street, Pumpkin Head, Dracula, Jeepers Creepers etc?

Well for me I can see Jason, The Creeper and Michael Myers getting Merced by Venom. He is above their paygrade.

Pinhead and the cenobytes are supernatural, sadomasochistic evil.

They will either stop and kill venom or they will enjoy getting butchered by him.

Jason Voorhees is iirc immortal and indestructible, so immovable object vs. unstoppable force I guess.

Freddy Krueger is iirc mostly a frigging mirage.

Now, to spice things a bit:

Resident Evil, Mila Jovovic will look hot in skintight rubber. And it will be fun to see what the T-Virus can do with Venom :)

Silent hill.

The place is basically a psyonic reality bending thingy, so I give him low chances.

The Hills Have Eyes - stomped mutant mine rednecks.

The Human Centipede - the mad kraut doc is in for a surprise.

That weird movie where the tentacle cables and the tv were some alien entity...

No idea, frankly.

Event Horizon.

Well, given the hellish dimension and other paranormal aspects of the ship I think Venom might be hard pressed to win.

Would I am legend quality as a horror film?

I can think of a few HPL adaptations, but Venom will not live long in that universe.

the venom symbiote will give Freddy a headache. Venom can't kill him but the symbiote will restore whatever damage Freddy does to his victims, They'll wake up sweating and maybe wet but they'll live to fight another day. plus we've seen with Jason that even in the dream world Freddy has a harder time with beings that can actually fight back. and Venom can definitely fight back.

HP Lovecraft
Oh.

Then I'll disagree and say Venom will be right at home in the original Lovecraft stories. Regardless of how memetic the universe has become due to all the later fanfic - yes, that's what they are, the only things setting them apart from the good 5% of modern fanfics is that copyright law wasn't so stupidly long-term back then - the original Lovecraft stories were actually quite tame.

Venom can not best the sheer power of cosmic horror.

He can in original Lovecraft, because it's low fantasy at best. The worst cosmic 'horror' is either weird dreams, weird geometry, or subhuman cultists. Just because Lovecraft considered anemones and creeping animals way terrifying doesn't mean venom will suddenly suffer worse than a random college professor when faced with a bunch of lizard-mutated villagers, and that little weird gem in the church will probably feel super tasty to him. R'lyeh will possibly be a bit confusing, until he remembers that he can navigate blindly just fine.

The worst that ever came out of OG Lovecraft is Cthulhu, and Venom can just run away in that case.

You could maybe make a case for Venom's sonic vulnerability relative to the oh so horrifying pipe sounds, but even those are (mostly) mental illusions instead of real sounds, so he'll just be able to compare them to the hearing of the host and filter them out once he realizes they're just in his imagination (and vice versa). If not immediately, then it will happen the moment he reflexively plugs the host's ears shut.
