Congratulations to State Senator John Whitmire (D-Houston) on becoming the 63rd Mayor of Houston. He absolutely crushed Welfare Queen SJL in a massive landslide victory with 65 percent of the citywide vote.

*Harris County DA Kim Ogg (D) getting crushed in the UH Hobby Polling Survey against Sean Teare (59%-21%): Ogg is seeking reelection to 3rd term. From what I've heard, former Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner (D), Harris County Judge Lina "Dora the Explorer" Hidalgo (D) & Harris County Commissioner Precinct 1 Rodney Ellis (D) have all endorsed Teare in the Democratic Party primary election for Harris County DA.

*Incumbent Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez (D) is safe in his reelection bid for 3rd term with 63%.
*Incumbent Harris County Attorney Christian Menifee (D) leading 41%-7% against his primary opponents.
*Open seat for Harris County Assessor: 67% undecided; with nobody above 12%.

Wasn't shocked seeing Harris County DA Kim Ogg (D) getting blasted by 50 percentage points in last week's Democratic primary election. I knew there was a backlash brewing, but wasn't expecting Ogg to lose that terribly.

Even I wouldn't wear this. First it is like having a target on my wrist (Brazilian mentality of mine) and second : well it is a quartz battery. If said battery dies, the fuck I am going to do with it ?
