Yeah, since the situation is getting spicy again I decided to make a thread.

I doubt there will be any love lost between Poles and Serbians.

I mean, on the one hand I hate Serbs for historic reasons, but on the other hand I hate any leftover Ottoman sycophants like the Albanians for similar reasons, too.

In any case, Kosovo was de-Serbified to a great extent, but that didn't mean that there wasn't a Serbian minority there and that the Albanians are not super corrupt and don't have a black market in organs.
Or that the USA/NATO didn't fuck things up massively for the Serbs who had legit grievances.

Yugoslavia was a badly put-together Serb self-aggrandizement project and commie bullshit.
Much of it was also done in a direct attempt to weaken and fuck over Bulgaria, see the Macedonian question and the huge numbers of Bulgarians kicked out of their lands in Vardar Macedonia and the forced Grecization, Serbification and "Macedonization" of parts of that same population.

Fun thing - there is great movie "Wag the dog" made few years before that,which described exactly that - Democratic president making war in Balkans to cover sex scandal.

Yugoslavism was originally a Croatian idea but turned into basically mega Serbia writ large.

That being said, anything related to Kosovo would surely turned into a slugfest.
