1. Facebook (Instagram, WhatsApp, Oculus VR, Libra etc)
2. Google/Alphabet (Youtube, Android Phones, Chrome, Stadia etc)
3. Microsoft (XBox, Bing, LinkedIn, Azure, Office, Windows, GitHub, OneDrive etc)
4. Amazon (Twitch, Prime, Alexa, Ring, Goodreads, Audible, Whole Foods etc)
5. Apple (iEverything, Beats, Macintosh etc)
6. Netflix
7. Twitter (Vine, Periscope etc)
8. Samsung Electronics
9. IBM
10. BATX/CCP (Baidu, Alibaba, Tencent, Xiaomi & Huawei etc)
And feel free to expand on your thoughts as to why. This isn't a list of the biggest companies, just a lot of them that are kinda in the media spotlight. I threw Samsung and IBM as a sort of foreign and domestic benchmark to rank the American Big Tech companies against since IBM is kind of seen as just your standard giant soulless perennial tech company and seems generally widely respective and still being innovative and relatively controversy free compared to almost everyone else on the list. And Samsung (Samsung Electronics specifically) is a South Korean based company which has had its own controversies and entanglements with other Big Tech firms and the like.
I'm excluding stuff like Disney and Sony and Cisco and Nintendo just because I want to keep it at ten. Too many options and it may take too long for people to care to respond and being more legacy brands, it might distort things.
