China Propaganda and Protest over Wuhan Virus

]

not praise t

imagine if we went to war for the right to contract bubonic plague

Freedom and responsibility go hand in hand. If a number of people want to risk exposing themselves to a disease in order to gather together, they have the freedom to do that, and the responsibility of the consequences of their actions.

Just because other people are afraid of the disease, does not mean their rights disappear.

The right to peaceably assemble. It doesn't cease being a right just because some people are coughing. On top of that we fought the whole thing in the midst of a small pox epidemic.
The government banning protests because of a fucking pandemic easily clears the strict scrutiny test which is the actual basis on which the government can ban free speech (and not the left's "lol the government can ban speech when the government says someone is racist.")

Never mind the idea of saying "Some people are coughing" to describe this disaster.

Jesus people really don't understand how contagion works. If these motherfuckers are cool running around for a protest, I'm pretty sure they're going to stores or loitering/exercising everyday too. The consequences are getting other people sick.

There also should be a lot fewer democrats getting caught with blackface....seriously whats up with that I dont see the apeal at all.
As of now would you believe a shitfit would be raised if elements of the army needed to put on blackface to conduct night operations?

exercising everyday too.
Yeah you should be doing that. Fatness is a comorbidity for this.

I don’t think there is ever a justifiable situation where the government can ban speech and protest as a whole. If people are protesting Michigan then Michigan should relax it’s insane rules. We fought a war for independence through a pandemic. Michigan literally won’t even let you go to a vacation home. And we are absolutely fucking annihilating our economy in response to this, that’ll kill people and ruin lives in the long run just the same as the virus.

it’s liberty or death, not liberty or death unless it’s a virus.

you guys sure love to circle jerk, meanwhile people are dieing because of selfish middle managers and retirees

*Sees two diametrically contrasting opinions on whether the quarantine is justified just above him*

"You guys love to circlejerk!"

But then again you think 1910s Germany was a "backwards nation" that "produced nothing but waltzes", that Donaumonarchie is a term with some sort of sinister ideological meaning, that WW2/cold-war/modern geopolitical terms are applicable to the WW1 era, and that Vlad Tepes was the ruler of Hungary.
