Kansas State Senator and Republican Majority Leader Gene Suellentrop was pulled over by State Police after his SUV was reportedly driving down the wrong side of an Interstate highway.
Appearing (and smelling) intoxicated, the State Lawmaker refused a breathalyzer test and then berated the law enforcement officers, calling one "Donut Boy" and saying he could take him in a fight and referencing how he played sports in High School.
The State Police then shot and killed the 69 year old Kansas State Legislator in self defense.
Okay not really.. He was taken to a local hospital for blood tests and arrested on five different charges including a DUI and reckless driving.
