Above video: medieval armor was not that heavy. Medieval life was hard, yes, but wasn't 100% depression all the time.

Depend on armour.If you had only well-made plate,yes.
If worst plate,especially with mail under it - no.

It also depended on the type of armor. Parade and tournament armor was fair bit heavier than combat armor, and I believe that may be where the myth of heavy armor began.
