Magnus the Red and The Thousand Sons in Ancient Egypt.

Tyzuris

Primarch to your glory& the glory of him on Earth!
Assume that Magnus the Red and 85000 Thousand Sons Astartes land on Ancient Egypt with no tech at all asides from what exists on Earth.

How will Magnus and TS shape Earth to come?

Pre or post Heresy. Doesn't change that they'll be taking over the whole planet in a matter of decades at most, just if they'll be doing so in the name of the Emperor or Tzeentch.

Indeed. And if it is pre-Heresy,they would meet Emprach and made him boss,if post they try kill him.Considering how "good" Tzeentch plans usually work,it means Emprach ruling in both cases.

Taking for granted you said Earth and not Tera, ancient Egypt, and technology for the day Magnus himself would completely conquer the planet in a matter of a few short years, easily. Everything that existed that COULD kill a person in ancient Egypt would be either healed (for combat wounds), cleansed (for toxins), or straight up dominated (via psychic abilities). You're talking about a psycher SO powerful that he and a cabal of sorcerers sacrificed TENS OF THOUSANDS OF WEAKER PSYCHERS TO REACH OUT TO HORUS DURING HIS DREAMSTATE IN THE WARP WITH EREBUS! On a WHOLE other plane of existance. Projecting his will into every man woman and child in a region on a small planet like Earth would be childs play. Much less an untrained, unprepared army standing on a battlefield. Any army conquered becomes conscripted forces fighting for the TKSons, willing or otherwise.

For a moment let's forget the primarch and go solely with the Astartes. No basic human weapon of any Egyptian era could harm a space marine an any meaningful way. Their hides are too tough, their bones to strong, their healing factor too high. That's without adding in psychic shennanigans that only serve to make them tougher to kill. Even if we assumed they couldn't touch the Warp to use their Psychic abilites, bronze weapons only get you so far against 10 foot tall monsters that run faster than your chariots, take dozens of arrows and spears without faltering, and can literally beat you to death with your own horse. While you're still riding it.

Let's not forget the other troops that travel with a legion Astartes. If we assume that it is just TKSons Astartes and none of their support (mechanicus, titan legions, daemon engines, etc...) They still have sorcerers for summoning, smiting, and other powers and dark apostles for creating daemon engines and weapons. Even with the limitation of the tech available for the day, they could still shove blessings and curses into the weapons available, or create newer, more fantastical things no one has ever seen out of iron, bronze and wood.

Throw in Magnus as the most powerful psycher that ever lived (aside from the perpetuals and MAYBE the Emperor), and you have a force that could completely take, and hold, the whole planet in a few years, or control any meaningful populations in months depending on the time period. I say months because space marines don't really tire or suffer battle fatigue. If it's the right post-roman improvement time period, if the roads and shipyards are as well maintained as they were, and led to all the capital cities of all the known empires of the day; they could forced march over most of the "educated" world in weeks, taking Egypt, Greece, and Rome with few losses. Bear in mind that the late Roman Empire at its height had an estimated maximum complete military force of ~640k troops split between the legions, auxiliary, navy, and praetorian guard. I somehow doubt that a single space marine army couldn't beat 7:1 odds against the Roman army (assuming the ENTIRE army was amassed for a single field battle), and they were the largest military force of the day. It only gets easier the further back you go to define "ancient Egypt".

As far as how would they shape the Earth to come? A new Prospero would be shaped, I think. With towering pyramids and schools that unlocked psychic potential in the generations to come. Common people would become little more than slaves to the will of the Primarch and over time two classes would come to exist. The sorcerer and the mundane servants that live to serve them. If it IS Earth (our Earth) and not Tera, there is no Emperor, Xenos Races, Star Gods, Warp etc... and NOTHING to challenge their rule.

Initially, this seemed like a wild world, but suddenly Magnus saw a ship of some kind of xenon take off from the pyramid, and hungry people are afraid of the wrath of the god Ra. It looks like some vile xenos have taken over this world and are posing as gods, Magnus thought and ordered his legionnaires to prepare for an attack in order to destroy the xenos and bring the world to harmony. The soldiers of the invaders represented a mob of genetically modified humans with vile worms in their bellies. Their primitive plasma weapons in the form of staffs were only suitable for intimidating the local people and could not harm the Astartes. Their guns posed a great threat, but the psychic shield allowed them to protect themselves from their fire. The enemy Death Glider fighters caused problems by killing a couple dozen Astartes, but I was able to inspire their pilots with the idea of destroying each other (fortunately, these xenos often fought with each other for territory and slaves). After that, we broke into the palace and captured a nasty xeno who had captured the body of one of the people.During the interrogation of the false god Ra, it turned out that these xenos have been occupying the planet for several thousand years and transporting people to other worlds as slaves. Their stargates were an interesting technology that allowed instant travel between worlds without using the warp, and the ships, despite their slowness, also did not use the immaterium. After the parasite went mad, unable to withstand mental interrogation, we executed him in front of the liberated people and began to study the captured ship of the Cheops class. Xenos technology worked only in their hands, but the Techmarines were able to remake it. After that, using the captured ship, our legion launched an attack on the possessions of other false gods. They tried to defend themselves, but with the help of upgraded captured weapons and our psyker abilities, they were all defeated and the planet was brought to terms (although the local superstitious population was reluctant to accept the Imperial truth). Since the xenos could attack again, I decided to hit them first.Through the stargates and with the help of ships, twenty thousand Astartes brought a hundred worlds to an agreement in just a month, depriving the false gods of the opportunity to restore their power. The planet Tau'ri has become the new home for our legion, and I have ordered the creation of the necessary industries to supply the legion and the identification of Psykers to replenish the strength of the Thousand Sons. Using xenotech was forbidden, but it was the only way out, since all the worlds we found were at a primitive stage of development.

Then, how would they react to Asgard? would they fight them,or not ?

On the one hand, they are xenos, but on the other hand, the Astagids do not seek expansion and they are only interested in protecting several planets of the Milky Way (there are only 12 of them). That is, if the Asgards interfere with their plans, then a small conflict will happen, but since the Thousand Sons still owns only Goa'uld technology, they will not be able to visit the territory of the Asgards in the Ida galaxy and everything will end quickly (either the Asgards will decide that it is not necessary to protect these worlds since the Thousand Sons do not seek to enslave people, or Magnus will understand a hundred He can't defeat these xenos yet and will retreat)
