Presumably, Fallout!Earth is just another lost colony that regressed before building back its technological base to a small degree

How would things go if Lorgar Aurelian's pod was discovered by either the Brotherhood of Steel or the Enclave slightly before the events of Fallout 3?

For the first scenario, Elder Lyons adopts Lorgar and while they suspect him to be a mutant and are alarmed by his rapid growth and intellect and physical power, they do like his dedication to the cause. A possible future conflict between him and Maxson for the leadership of the Brotherhood as a whole.

For the second scenario, Colonel Autumn adopts him after seeing something in the wastelander, or keeps him secret and shares with him thoughts of how "President Eden" is being dumb/crazy for thinking to simply commit genocide on the wastelanders rather than rule them.

Presume that Colonel Autumn here's more like @Navarro's Fallout Autumn Morning/Tales From New America/The Eagle & The Bear fic

How do both scenarios end up, when Lorgar becomes sort of indoctrinated to these semi-secular beliefs either faction imparts?
