What has shocked me the most is the complete failure of the right to capitalise on the Left's greatest mask-off moment in history.
With that said, I shouldn't be surprised. The right has failed to do anything but survive in the last 30 years- as a punching bag for the left.

You know what they say about the best defense.
That future astronaut would not have paused I'd he thought the skinny nerd would fight back, he only would have paused if he thought that five white guys would have beaten him into the hospital for trying it and he'd only think that if it happened regularly.
Abusive people are restrained exclusively by fear of physical reprisal, and the dumber they are the more immediate those consequences have to be for them to even exist in their mind.
In other words, for the nerd to not be beaten, the attacker would have already had to receive a violent beating he remembered for doing such a thing.
Unfortunately for enlightened western peace worshipers, you don't get to opt out of tribal violence.
Tribal violence has a way of ending enlightened peace worshipers and replacing them with much angeier madder enemies.

Ultimately, the story of this century will be wether the peace-as-God mind virus has infected a given population to the point of suicide. A lack of violence when violence is appropriate is equally bad as violence when not appropriate. Non violence is not a moral good.
Future historians will say of every nation in this century
"And then all the non violent people died"
Or become super-violent again.
I would laugh like hyena if scandinavians become bloody raiders again.

Mate, ALL media leans to the left of the general population. If you let them run all politics, you'd end up like Pre-Thatcher Post WW2 Britain.
What you need is leaders that have the courage to call out leftist racism not because they want to excuse their own, but because they abhor it.

Leaders on the right have been calling out leftist racism for decades, the simple truth is that leftist voters don't want to hear it, and most 'moderates' will listen to leftist-controlled media, and buy into their lies.
You can tell the truth, you can learn to become eloquent and express it brilliantly, you can scream it from the rooftops, but if people don't want to listen, that is on them, not you.
Hostile forces actively doing everything they can to drown your message out doesn't help either.
I think the dirty secret of the left is that "racism" is one of most successful cases of their classic trick, word definition substitution. They say things, and what they mean be them is slightly different from what the common person understands by it, in a little yet significant, maliciously selected way. Hence the "blacks can't be racist against whites" and "all whites are racist, no matter what they say or do". It's merely a case of the same word having more than one definition, and only some specific cases of ethnic favoritism pass through the different, leftist definition of "racism", filtered by political and historical question of who does this favoritism and against who, whether these groups like the left and/or are useful to it and vice versa.
