If Italy fought on the Central Powers side from the start of WWI:

throw them into meatgrinder and get 20km territory more.To change things they need competent Italy,they need organize Cadorna hunting accident.
If not,they lost like in OTL.
Results - A-H could survive/no Italy wanting spoils/,and Italy could disintegrate.If albanian mafia could have its own state now,then why not gave one to Camorra in 1918?
