So this drifted across my YouTube recommendations.

Gave it a watch; ‘furry’ adjacent art isn’t usually my thing at all. But this looks like it avoids all the weird parts of that particular grouping. Plus, the animation and art are beautiful and it’s set in the roaring 20’s! So right up my ally.

i binged the WC after i watched the pilot. it's a very slow burner with the pilot being set after the WC's current arc.

Bit of a blast from the past; I remember stumbling onto Lackadaisy back in highschool. Pilot works well enough. Voices are acceptable. Pretty good excuse to go read the comic, which has impressively extravagant art. Loved the research put into making the comic.

So that's why the comic stopped updating.
There is a difference between comic/cartoon with anthropomorphic animals and furfaggery, lines might be blurry sometimes, but we sure ain't burning people at stake for liking Loony Toons cartoons.
