How would the “family dynamic” of the Lannisters go without Tywin hating Tyrion for Joanna’s death and Cersei not getting to hate on Tyrion for it too, but probably still very much disliking even being related to Tyrion?

Would Joanna be nice to her deformed dwarf son?

Would Tyrion’s talents be recognized by a less antagonistic father?

Tywin would still look down at his dwarf son and so would Cersei, but not so blatantly. We know next to nothing about Joanna, so her hypotetical relations with her younger son is up to author's fiat. Still, it's easy to imagine her being a moderating influence on Tywin, so mass rape of Tyrions' girlfriend most likely wouldn't happen, preventing massive trauma for him (they would most likely still be seperated though).

Probably at least a lashing and maybe making Tysha drink moon tea just in case
